Boasting the ability to hold up to 180 yards of 50 pound braid, a whopping 30 pounds of maximum drag, and the largest brass gears of any baitcaster on the market, this reel was made for catching the big ones and pairs well with big swim- and crankbaits, umbrella rigs (aka Alabama rigs), or any setup that requires power. With Anti-Corrosion Bearings and Ocean Armor 2 Saltwater Protection it can stand up to the elements too.

In addition to bulk and durability, this reel is packed with features, like rapid access Beetle Wing side plates, an Arrowhead line guide casting system, Concept cork knobs, Dead Stop Anti-Reverse, and 13 Fishing Trick Shop compatibility. It even comes with both traditional paddle and power handles, so you can swap them out and handle any and every fish that has the misfortune of  biting your lure.
